Supported set
- One 20 mm spacer pair

Do not stack all three pairs together. The 10 mm pair may be combined with either larger pair. Do not combine the 20 mm and 40 mm pairs.
Bolts are not included. Confirm hardware length and torque requirements before installation.

Upgrade your aero position with this 3D printed spacer kit for 3T Revo or 3T Vola base bars. Designed for time trial, triathlon, and track racers who want to fine-tune their fit, this kit provides several common stack heights from one set of spacer pairs.

Each kit includes three matching spacer pairs to allow you to fine tune your fit across our most popular size ranges.
The smaller kit contains:
40 mm spacer pair
20 mm spacer pair
10 mm spacer pair
The 10 mm spacer can be combined with either larger spacer pair to create the following supported heights:
20 mm
30 mm — 20 mm + 10 mm
40 mm
50 mm — 40 mm + 10 mm
The larger kit contains the following sizes:
70 mm spacer pair
50 mm spacer pair
10 mm spacer pair
The 10 mm spacer can be combined with either larger spacer pair to create the following supported heights:
50 mm
60 mm — 50 mm + 10 mm
70 mm
80 mm — 70 mm + 10 mm
Use only the supported combinations listed in this description. Confirm that your final setup has appropriate hardware engagement and is correctly secured before riding. Failure to follow these instructions can result in excessive cockpit flex, damage, or a crash.

Note
Bolts are not included. Reuse your existing hardware or source M5 bolts in the correct length elsewhere. Measure your existing bolts from under the head and add the final spacer stack height when determining the required length. Reach out with any questions.
Always torque to the manufacturer’s specifications when installing.
These spacers are 3D printed on consumer-grade equipment. I believe them to be safe to ride and ride them myself, but they have not undergone the same safety testing as stock components.
