Why use varus wedges?
They can improve knee alignment, reduce medial knee pain, and enhance pedaling efficiency by correcting foot tilt. They also can allow for a more aggressive, aero position by reducing knee collapse at the top of the pedal stroke and allowing a more closed hip angle.
Installation Instructions:
Simply snap into the slots on your cleats and install your cleats as normal.

Considerations:
As with any plastic component bolted to the bottom of your shoe, these will wear and tear with use. They may be reusable depending on how often you change your cleats, but plan on replacing your wedges every time you change your cleats for best results
Because these use the mounting slots on your cleats for alignment, they will slightly reduce the range of adjustability of your cleat position. Purchase with caution if you have an extremely fore or aft cleat alignment.
